But in 2009 he decided to make a professional change and began to focus on investment forms with long-term return potential. Their vision was to help other people use investment properties as an effective tool for their financial goals. This laid the foundation for Kleever.

From 2018 to 2020, Kleever grew rapidly, opening offices in prestigious locations including Freiburg, Heilbronn and Frankfurt. With a dedicated team, the company specialized in brokering real estate in the Rhine-Main region, achieving record numbers every year. The years 2021 and 2022 marked another step in Kleever's development. The company changed its business model and focused on special rentals to achieve even better returns for its customers.
